How long will it take for my order to be shipped?
it can take up to 4 weeks for us to pack and ship - this depends on the volume of orders and what you’ve ordered!it is ideal that you provide a permanent address (family, friends etc) so the package is able to arrive safely!E.G. you currently live at a school address but you're leaving in a months time, you give us your parent's/etc permanent address instead of the term addressnote: please be patient as it’s only us two working on packing the orders;;feel free to message us about the status of your order or to have it prioritised!!you will be notified via email when your order has been shipped!

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
please be aware once shipped the package is out of our hands! we are not responsible for any lost/stolen packages or unpaid customs fees during it's delivery!once theyve been shipped:♥ UK orders aim to deliver in 3 working days♥ international orders:
> eastern europe in up to 5 weeks
> north america in up to 6 weeks
> south america, africa and asia in up to 8 weeks
> australia in up to 12 weeksplease note that these dates are BEFORE covid19 so orders may take an extra 1-2 weeks to arrive!if your order still hasn't arrived after the estimated time, please contact us as soon as possible!
the sooner you let us know, the more we are able to do as there's time restrictions for filing lost claims on the shipping service we use

Do you offer tracked shipping?
if tracked shipping is available for your country, it should appear automatically in the shipping checkout!if you dont see a tracked shipping option available for your country and you want one, please do contact us!tracked shipping will come at a higher cost than standard shipping (no tracking)!

Is it possible to combine orders?
yes!! you just need to contact us with your order numbers and we can refund any difference in shipping price!

I made a mistake in my order! What do I do?
please contact us as soon as possible about your problem!!for cancellations, they must be made within 48 hours.
we are able to change/cancel any orders as long as it's not shipped out yet and it doesn't conflict with any other orders!E.G. you want to change your order to an one-off item thats already been bought or a sold out item, we won't be able to change your order

I'm worried my order might be lost! What do I do?
as we have no control how long a package will take to arrive, we ask to please wait for the time listed above before contacting us about a possible lost package!E.G. you live in north america, it can take up to 6 weeks to arrive.
its been 5 weeks and it hasnt arrived yet. youll wait at least 1-2 weeks before contacting us about thisin this time period, it is also good to check at your local post office(s) to make sure your package(s) arent being held there!when the expected length + 1 week has been met and you still havent received anything, we ask you to please contact us as soon as possible so we can sort this out!
the longer its left, the less we can do to help

please contact us as soon as you can on any of our socials or email describing your issue!
we will do our best to sort out your issue(s) and refund if necessary!please keep in mind that we do ensure to wrap packages securely and safely to the best we can but it is out of our control on how packages are handled once shipped

Are we allowed to alter apparel?
after you’ve paid for it, you are free to alter the apparel as long the prints remain intact e.g. adding bows or cropping it etc!!if you do decide to alter it, we’d love to see pictures!

Will X product be restocked?
depending on the product, it can get restocked! however most products are one-off or limited and once sold out, will not be restocked (especially apparel)Will be restocked; chains, heart clips
Will not be restocked; angel polaroid sweatshirt/hoodiehowever, if there’s a product you really like and would like restocked, please let us know!!! we will keep it in mind for future releases!
